Changed your mind about your purchase, or dissatisfaction with a product.

All hair extension items cannot be returned or refunded. Hair extension can be exchanged to item hasn't been opened.

Sometimes a product isn't the right fit for you, so here at BLK Vanity Beauty Supply we’re happy to accept returns on select items that are unopened with all tags and labels still in tact. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 28 days of receipt by you.

 

Once you have received products, If the seal on the product has been opened/removed,  it cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. items that don't come with seals cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded

Once product is received, if customer finds that there product has been broken or busted in transit, customer must contact us by email within 5 days of delivery to receive refund 

 

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by BLK Vanity when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

 

Shipping cost is non-refundable

Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 10 days of receipt.

When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.

All orders placed now can be returned within 2 weeks from order date, this applies to online orders

For Items that are refundable the customer must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date

Accessories must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached

Items that are on sale are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

For products that are refundable please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once received

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item of the same price(permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.

SALE deals are not returnable for exchange, return or refund.

LATE RETURNS

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 28 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 28 days may be returned to you.

CARRIERS TO RETURN

Use your local USPS post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. Don't use DHL or TNT to return your orders as these carriers will not deliver to us.

BLK Vanity Online Beauty Supply is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
